Smoked Chicken and Rib Combo
Spice-rubbed barbecue chicken paired with slow-smoked baby back ribs. Served with jalapeño macaroni and cheese, baked beans and coleslaw. 

Bistro Chicken
Linguini pasta tossed in a white wine butter sauce with mushrooms, capers, artichoke hearts, onions and tomatoes, topped with grilled chicken. Finished with lemon, fresh basil and Parmesan cheese.   

Hickory Rubbed Salmon
Sweet hickory-rubbed salmon topped with a huckleberry coulis, served with jasmine rice and seasonal vegetables. |GF
