Breaded chicken breast stuffed with ham and Swiss cheese then baked and topped with creamy mornay sauce. Served with rice and house veggies.

Tender smoked bone-in pork roast with peppercorn sauce served with garlic mashed potatoes and house veggie

Roast beef marinated in a red wine seasoning brine and slow roasted. Served with spaetzle and red cabbage

Thin pastry baked with apples, walnuts and raisins served hot with whipped cream and cinnamon
