Thinly sliced St. Helen’s Farm’s culotte steak, fontina cheese, crispy onion straws, house-made horseradish aioli, savory au jus, on a fresh Alpine Bakery hoagie. Served with your choice of fries, fruit, or house salad. GFA

Braised Short Rib
Braised and slowly cooked to tender perfection, served on top of creamy garlic mashed potatoes, topped with a reduced red wine mushroom demi-glace, accompanied by a seasonal grilled green vegetable. GFA
